Emoline Millsaps is a Paralegal and Intake Director at Van Kampen Law, where she also contributes her creative talents as the firm’s Social Media Graphic Creator. Starting as an intake intern in 2024, she quickly progressed into a paralegal role by demonstrating strong analytical ability, initiative, and a notable ability to learn and grasp new concepts quickly. Emoline takes pride in creating a positive client experience by guiding individuals through the legal process with clarity, empathy, and responsiveness.

Born right down I-77 in Statesville, North Carolina, Emoline moved to Charlotte when she attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she focused her studies on sociology, legal studies, and criminal justice. After graduating in 2020, she obtained her paralegal certification from UNCC, allowing her to gain hands-on experience in the legal field before committing to law school. This educational foundation supports her strong understanding of both the legal system and the human dynamics that impact clients navigating complex legal matters.

Outside of work, Emoline enjoys caring for her growing collection of plants, camping, Pilates, and reading. She values balance and personal growth, which she brings into her professional role through her thoughtful, organized, and client-focused approach.
